About me
I like solving problems
I'm Anastasiia, a junior UX/UI designer in London. I enjoy figuring out why something doesn't work for people, and then making it simple.
Why design
What drew me to UX/UI is the idea of solving real problems. I like working with people. I listen to their feedback, watch where they get stuck and fix those moments one at a time.
I also enjoy the visual side: getting the layout right, finding the right hierarchy, and deciding how everything should look and feel so the interface is clear at a glance.
I earned a Professional Diploma in UX Design from UX Design Institute, then joined a Canadian startup as a design intern, where my checkout and plans designs went through the team's internal design review and on to development. After that I finished a mini-course on designing and building websites with AI tools, and RoomScout came out of it.
How I work
Start with people
Interviews and testing come first. The real problem is rarely the one I expected.
Simplify
Less information, clearer words, obvious next steps. Clarity builds trust.
Iterate openly
Feedback from users and stakeholders makes every version better.

Beyond design
When I'm not designing, I'm usually moving.
